Music Hack Day - Barcelona

Hackers' and artists' tickets sold out!!

Special Price on Tickets for SonarPro: MHD hackers will have the option of buying tickets for SonarPro for a special price of 95€. Attendees can acquire the tickets paying in cash or by credit card at the Sónar accreditation venue (see map)

Music Hack Day is a hacking session in which participants will conceptualize, create and present their projects: music + software + mobile + hardware + art + the web.

Music Hack Day Barcelona will be organized as a satellite event of the Sónar PRO 2011 festival, held at the Barcelona Contemporary Culture Center (CCCB, from the spanish/catalan acronym) on the 16th and 17th of June, 2011.

• We offer you different levels of participation:
  • - API presenters: you can show the latest features included in your API to the hackers and the whole Sonar PRO audience
  • - Prize sponsor: propose any challenge (topic) to the hackers, and give an award to the one which fits the most with your idea!
  • - Music Hack Day sponsor: this is a totally not-for-profit event run by volunteers. Our goal is to keep the event totally free for attendees. Therefore we rely on the goodwill of sponsors and involved companies to make all this cool music stuff happen.
  • - Hackers: come and build the most amazing hacks, anything goes as long as it's music related!
  • - Artists: In order to add value and creativity to this Music Hack Day edition, we aim at involving the artists community in the hack session. If you are an artist and love creativity, culture and technology, please join us!!
